Stephane Bossio
Vice President, Ridge Line Elements
Stephane Bossio Wa Bossio currently serves as Vice President at Ridge Line Elements, where he helps the company build America's first copper-cobalt refinery to secure critical mineral supply chains for national security and the green energy transition.
Stephane was born and raised in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, as one of eight siblings—four brothers and four sisters. At age 15, he moved to the United States as an F-1 student, attending South Kent School in Connecticut before briefly enrolling at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Massachusetts. He later transferred to the University of Arkansas, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2018.
Stephane is a devoted husband and proud father of two daughters, Kimia and Aisha, with a son on the way. A Christian by faith and a passionate Manchester United supporter, he lives by the belief that “opportunity comes to those who prepare for it”—a principle that guides both his personal and professional life.
